What is your role at RareMint?
Web Developer

What’s the most exciting part of your job?
Being able to work with collectibles from some of the greatest athletes to ever play the game. I grew up watching and playing sports. It’s a passion of mine. To get the opportunity to work with an asset used by Michael Jordan, Babe Ruth, or Steph Curry is just so special to me. I learn the about story behind each piece, sometimes things I never knew about the athlete or that moment in sports history.

How did you get into Blockchain in the first place?
I first heard about crypto in 2018 but in 2021 I really jumped into the deep end of the pool. I started learning as much as I could on Web3, blockchain, NFTs. Defi is very interesting to me because of the financial freedom it can grant people.

Who are your favorite teams?
I’m a big college football and basketball fan. I grew up watching Florida State, Arizona Cardinals, and the Lakers. Some of the best memories I have are watching Florida State football games and Lakers games with my dad.

What’s one thing you’re really bad at?
I work everyday to improve my communication skills. Effective communication is a skill that helps in every aspect of life. I’ve seen the importance of actively listening and learning from the people around me. Being able to work with and learn from people helps me pick up things quicker than if I were to try to figure it out myself.

What’s one thing you’re really good at?
I’m passionate about work and I’m a quick study. Put it in front of me and I’ll figure it out.

What do you enjoy most about working at RareMint?
Being part of a great team that is pioneering a new space in asset-backed collectible NFTs. Its exciting to test, learn and try new things. I love the collaboration of the web3 industry and how people lift each other up.

Lastly, what’s your idea of a perfect day?
A perfect day for me would be traveling somewhere and trying some new experiences. I like the whole process of traveling, from searching for the perfect itinerary to the plane ride (I do love to watch movies) and finally getting to my destination. Being able to try exotic foods and explore unknown places is also exciting.
